Scheduled Scale Services
Most scale and equipment manufacturers recommend periodic calibration and your quality system certainly requires a schedule for calibration. Applied Scales can help you control and monitor the frequency of these visits so that your scale service and calibration schedules are followed properly. Our technicians arrive fully prepared to provide these essential services. The technician will discuss the results of the calibration and complete documentation will be provided when your calibration is complete.

Contract Services
Applied Scales provides calibration and repair services at specified intervals. To achieve seamless communication and workflow we will notify you of upcoming scheduled calibrations to ensure the equipment stays within usability limits. Notification and documentation request services are provided at no additional charge via phone, fax or e-mail.

Emergency Service
Emergency service is a priority at Applied Scales. We know that when your weighing system is down, so is your production. We strive to answer all calls within 24 hours and usually sooner. Each of our technicians is prepared to provide timely on-site repair, or provide a loaner scale to keep you up and running while we fix your original equipment.

Documentation
At Applied Scales, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide the correct documentation for any customer involved in ISO 9000, MILSTD, NRC Standards, Automotive or any other quality standard required. We work closely with our customers to design and produce custom documentation that will meet their needs and comply with their own quality system.
